83 m LNG Ferry
Fassmer has designed and built the first German passenger ferry with a dual-fuel propulsion system, breaking through in the new clean and emissions free LNG-propulsion technology.  The vessel of 83 m in length and with a capacity of more than 1.000 passengers is covering the Helgoland service for Cassen-Eils. The ferry complies and exceeds all latest environmental regulations and has an extremely low environmental footprint. With its diverse restaurants and bars, its large sun deck and its good seagoing characteristics the ferry offers a relaxed and recreative atmosphere like on a cruise vessel.
